It is a hardcore, 1PP vanilla survival experience, but I added some carefully balanced AI to make the world feel alive and give you something to do.
• Towns have neutral armed civilians. Leave them alone, and you're good. It makes the world feel inhabited without forcing you into a gunfight.
• Bandits actually camp in the woods near fires.
• Military zones are guarded by hostile AI. You can practice your tactical approaches here!
It's NOT a bot deathmatch. The AI is light, just enough to give the map a pulse while keeping that classic survival tension.
It is a linux friendly server: dayz-launcher -d -l -s 51.255.71.175:2402 -p 27017
We have a small, laid-back Discord here: https://discord.gg/Ec48nfpgyC
