Die "Dayz, the next Generation" Story folgt chronologisch der Dayz Vanilla Story. Was heisst das? Das Armageddon, das nahezu alle menschlichen Wesen zu blutrünstigen Untoten mutieren ließ, liegt schon ein paar Jahre zurück. Die Überlebenden organisieren sich und versuchen, wieder ein halbwegs normales Leben zu führen. Sie haben Safe Zones errichtet. Es gibt Geld und Trader. Waren bekommen wieder einen Wert. Und Ja, es gibt auch wieder Premiumprodukte.
Starte als Überlebender und versuche zu überleben. Mehr noch, versuche zu überleben und GUT zu leben. Komme zu Geld, baue eine Base. Richte Dir Dein Zuhause ein. Wie wäre es mit einem schicken Sportwagen oder einem tollen Hubschrauber in Deiner Base? Oder starte eine Polizei Karriere und bekämpfe die organisierte Kriminalität.
