About This Server
Greetings Survivors.
Let me Introduce you to our server called Congeli Infernus ... meaning The Frozen Hell.
This is freshly built server aimed towards a survivalist experience. We use an high end enterprise server with very high FPS.
It is located between Europe and USA to provide a decent ping for both.
My aim is to build a server that is not oriented towards building doll houses or hoarding immense loot but rather a very difficult survival experience that will test your abilities with Namalsk and Dayz itself.
Everything here is limited! From Rifle tier upwards most guns are unique. That means that if you find an AR or a Sniper chances are that there isn't another on the map like it so take care of it. It is irrelevant if unique items are in a Player's inventory, On the ground, In a Trader or inside a storage. No other one like it will spawn unless it is destroyed.
Traders only have the stuff that players sell to them plus some occasional random items. Items at traders are re sold in the same condition that were sold to them.
You will not get to the trader and buy all you want here and the currency for the traders is actual Ammunition.
The map has added areas and a Misty atmosphere that makes it terribly spooky at night.
Zombies are varied from very hard to easy and nimble but all will die with a good bash to their heads while they will take a lot of damage to their body before dying. Zombies have the same damage control of players. They can die with a fall, Break their limbs or bleed out. They can also climb behind you on certain obstacles randomly.
It is definitely not easy to survive here. Unless you plan ahead and prioritize equipment that will keep you alive over guns like a real survivalist you will not stay alive. I have written a detailed Help and Tips in the server panel for the player that wants to learn.
All said this is not for those who want to build a huge base, hand pictures and hoard stuff but for those who want a challenge. If you join in do not give up and take you time to get some equipment and food in the startup area before venturing out while reading the server panel info.
