About This Server
STORMWIND SERVER - SURVIVAL BRIEFING
Welcome to STORMWIND, survivor.
Chernarus is colder, harsher, and far less forgiving than you remember.
This guide covers everything you need to know to survive, build, trade, and progress on this server.
COLD & SURVIVAL MECHANICS
The cold is your first and most dangerous enemy on STORMWIND.
You’ll need to understand how to fight it — and how your Cold Immunity Skill works.
Staying Warm
Craft a Torch: Combine 1 Wooden Stick + 1 Rag.
→ This will keep you warm as you move, without needing to stop for fires every 10 minutes.
Cold Immunity Skill:
Increases naturally over time as you survive in the cold.
The higher the skill, the slower your temperature drops.
View your current level by pressing TAB → bottom left of the character screen.
You’ll see a snowflake inside a shield icon — that’s your cold resistance bar.
Clothing Insulation:
The insulation value of clothing matters greatly.
Always wear a full clothing set — even low-insulation, rag-based gear helps prevent frostbite.
Best clothing comes from military zones, hunting areas, and events.
Water Pumps: Only 50% of the pumps across the map are functional — plan your routes carefully and carry extra bottles or canteens. (edited)Tuesday, October 14, 2025 10:50 PM

BASE BUILDING SYSTEM
Building on STORMWIND has been reworked for realism and balance.
Follow these steps carefully to establish your territory:
Getting Started
Hold a piece of paper in your hands and craft the Base Blueprint.
This blueprint is the foundation for all building placement.
Build a Flagpole (Stick + Rope).
Rope can be found in loot spawns or crafted with 12 Rags (combine 6 + 6).
Once the flagpole is placed, you can start constructing your base.
Building Tiers
Tier 1 (Basic): Logs + Planks → No nails required to build.
Tier 2 (Reinforced): Add Metal Plates to upgrade.
Tier 3 (Fortified): Add Cement Bricks for maximum durability.
Metal Plates and Cement Bricks can be found through general loot and construction site spawns.
Base Upkeep & Nails System
Nails are now critical to base maintenance.
You do not need nails to build, but you must deposit nails into your territory to prevent decay.
The more nails you add, the longer your base stays protected from vanishing.
Without upkeep, your base will eventually deteriorate and disappear.
Territory & Vehicle Limits
3 Cars per Group/Territory
10 Doors Maximum per Base
Raiding Rules
Bases can only be raided using C4 explosives.
C4 is rare and only found in Toxic Zones, such as:
RIFY Shipwreck
Pavlovo Military Base
Regular explosives, melee tools, or gunfire cannot damage walls or doors.

TRADERS & ECONOMY
Trading in STORMWIND focuses on player skill, exploration, and valuable goods.
What You Can Sell
KOTH (King of the Hill) Rewards: Valuable loot items from PVP event zones.
Animal Pelts: Collected from hunted wildlife.
Honey Jars: Produced through Bee Hives that you can craft and harvest.
Player-to-Player Trading
P2P Trader terminals allow survivors to sell items to other players directly for cash.
Prices are set by players — the in-game economy is dynamic.
What You Can Buy
Weapons, Ammunition & Magazines (exclusive trader gear)
Ford Raptors (multiple colors available)
More items will be added over time, including rare outfits, tools, and base decor.
CUSTOM QUESTLINE - "THE LEHS PROJECT"
You’ve probably seen the Step 1 → Step 7 markers on your map.
These aren’t just decorations — they form a server-wide custom questline that leads to one of the most powerful sets of gear on STORMWIND.
The LEHS Armor Quest
Follow the quest steps and explore Chernarus most dangerous zones.
At the end, you’ll unlock the Legendary LEHS Armor, featuring:
Cold Immunity (Toggleable)
Toxic & Radiation Immunity
Immunity to EVR Storms
1,000-Slot Inventory Space
Integrated NVG (Night Vision Goggles)
Built-in Flashlight
Only the bravest and most determined survivors will obtain this armor.
