About This Server
The server is in the early stages of development.
We're currently selecting and configuring mods, and the central economy has already gone through its first phase of hardcore-oriented changes. We're carefully evaluating what to remove and what to add. The server creators are players just like you—people with thousands of hours in DayZ, but with no prior experience running servers. We're learning as we go—right here, right now.
Vehicles and AI are currently using the default settings from the Expansion mod.
In the future, we plan to implement two seasonal modes—winter and summer—each with its own unique features and mod setups. At this stage, we're focusing exclusively on winter.
In short, our long-term vision includes:
A hardcore survival experience
Character progression
A wide variety of vehicles, including several helicopters
AI, quests, and detailed base decor
Player-driven trading
A focus on atmosphere, survival, map exploration, and PvP—in that exact order.
Our main sources of inspiration are the American hardcore servers Chernarus Has Fallen and Frostbite.
If those two servers had a child, it would be our Sun. That’s the vibe.
A final note — to us, “hardcore” doesn’t mean miserable.
It doesn’t mean searching for basic gear for weeks, or having your shoes disintegrate 30 minutes into the game, or needing to wash clothes with detergent and hang them on a line, or trade half the server for a pair of pliers that last one use—all real examples.
We believe a post-collapse world shouldn’t be overflowing with loot—but it also shouldn’t feel like a chore.
It should be just right.
